Very disappointed

"I recently ordered some books from this bookshop and paid for my entire order. However, when the package arrived, I noticed that one of the books was missing. This was quite disappointing, and I expected better from a reputable bookshop. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their order fulfillment process in the future to avoid inconveniencing other customers.

By the way due to un reason the Bad shipment facility I did not get my book they did not deliver my book to my address and return to u again kindly plz resend my book plz
